Carrie D. Clarke, J.D. is the founder and CEO of Next Level Coaching & Consulting. As a small business consultant she helps individuals and entrepreneurs reach the NEXT LEVEL.

Combining a background as an Attorney, M&A Risk Advisor, and International Management Consultant, Carrie has a unique and integrated approach to helping executive leaders, business owners, and high-achievers reach their goals and grow profits.

Carrie received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Denver. Todd H. Mosher is a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach helping business executives reach their NEXT LEVEL. Todd has over 35 years in Corporate America across many business disciplines and at all levels of executive leadership. His expertise allows him to easily move between the profit, non-profit, entrepreneur, franchise, and multi-unit space.

Todd specializes in corporate team dynamics, subordinate/management dynamics, leadership presence, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Todd is passionate about empowerment principles and fostering a success mindset helping leaders reach their true potential.

He grew up in New Hampshire and currently lives on a peaceful lake in Maine spending his free time out on the water.
